On 5th of April 2024, Nordic Drives Group closed the add-on acquisition of Aalestrup Elektro ApS

Aalestrup Elektro is well-established in the electromechanical business and was founded in 1957. The company is a high quality, full range provider of service, repairs, products, spare parts, cabinet builds serving process industry clients in Northern Denmark. Aalestrup operates three electromechanical workshops located in Aalestrup, Aars and Skive with a total of 25 highly skilled employees. Henrik and Lars D. Hansen, previous owners of Aalestrup, are both very experienced in the industry and will be an important part of Nordic Drives Group going forward.

Nordic Drives Group is MVI’s industrial roll-up within the OEM and aftermarket for industrial electric motors and frequency converters and the acquisition of Aalestrup further supports the goal of being the leading partner for motors and drives in the Northern Europe.
