The MVI Fund was launched in 2016. The fund focuses on Nordic investments in growth companies with a turnover of SEK 50-250 million. MVI Fund II was launched in June 2020 and will continue the strategy from the first fund, but with more portfolio companies during the lifetime of the fund.

MVI Fund I made its first investment in February 2016. Three pump service companies were acquired in Sweden and Norway and the Lakers Holding AB group was created. Since then, several companies have been acquired. Lakers' goal is to build a successful and leading company in the pump sector.

In early 2017, the Fund made its second investment by acquiring security companies in installation and service. These were consolidated under Pangolin AB. A lot has happened since then and the group now operates under the name Great Security and has a turnover of between SEK 600-700m.
MVI Fund I made its third investment in Art Clinic in February 2018. Art Clinic is one of the country's leading specialist clinics in orthopaedics, back surgery, aesthetic & reconstructive plastic surgery, and injection treatments, among others.

In October 2018, MVI Fund I made its fourth investment in the Norwegian fast-casual concept Los Tacos. The company is now the largest chain in the segment in Norway.

Since 2019, MVI has made three additional platform investments, which will be published on the website shortly.
