The partnership with DSolution and Easy Partner establishes a solid national platform, with ~150 employees across 18 locations. This positions the new group for significant expansion, offering a comprehensive suite of services to Nordic SMEs, including IT solutions, cybersecurity, document management, telephony, switchboards, and journey logs. Emphasizing IT as a critical business facilitator, the new group is set to continue DSolution and Easy Partner path as a dedicated outsourcing partner. Furthermore, an internal equipment refurbishment process, followed by extended service terms, allows for a circular product offering that highlights the Group’s sustainability efforts.
DSolution originating from the Copy & Print sector and experiencing significant growth in IT services, has evolved into a comprehensive Office IT infrastructure outsourcing partner for Swedish SMEs, with offices in Stockholm and Linköping employing ~50 employees.
Easy Partner, founded by industry veterans with expertise in telephony, switchboards, and fleet management, has rapidly expanded its reach across Sweden, serving SMEs from Helsingborg to Sundsvall. Its service portfolio encompasses Telephony, Switchboards, Fleet Management, and a range of IT Solutions/Digital Services.
DSolution and Easy Partner will maintain their distinct brand identities while capitalizing on synergies from a shared service portfolio. All stakeholders remain actively involved, with MVI steadfast in its commitment to accelerating the growth of DSolution and Easy Partner.
