Hemma Bäst-gruppen expands in Stockholm through the acquisition of Driftia Förvaltning & Driftia El
statement

Hemma Bäst-gruppen acquires Driftia Förvaltning and Driftia El in Stockholm. Driftia Förvaltning was established in 1993 and has since then been fully focused on providing property management services in the Stockholm market. The company has grown over the years and today has a turnover of approximately SEK 80m with 70 employees. Driftia's former shareholders, mainly consisting of the company's founders and other key employees, are reinvesting and becoming significant shareholders in the Hemma Bäst group.

Through the acquisition of Driftia, the Hemma Bäst group gains a strong position in the BRF market in the Stockholm area and reaches a total turnover of just under SEK 250m. Driftia will from now on be able to offer all the group's services, including financial management, and will also be able to offer its customers the market-leading IT platform Realnode.

"It is gratifying to have such a reputable company as Driftia in the Home Best group. This also gives us a very strong presence in the Stockholm area. Together, we in the group stand for present, profitable and scalable management - for the new generation of properties, property owners and housing associations." - says Magnus Jansson, Chairman of Hemma Bäst

"It feels both safe and exciting to continue the development journey of Driftia Förvaltning and Driftia El within the Home Best family." - says Peter Almroth, one of the three founders of Driftia Förvaltning

Hemma Bäst-gruppen's business concept is present, profitable and scalable management - for the new generation of real estate, property owners and condominium associations. We believe in digitisation and making it easier for property owners and residents to manage their property and have developed a proprietary IT platform for our clients to this end.
