MVI, together with Fouriertransform, has acquired SMP Parts AB, a leading designer and manufacturer of equipment and attachments for excavators and backhoe loaders. MVI together with Fouriertransform see great potential in the company and want to put more focus on sales. The products will be marketed more intensively in order to increase international market shares. The long-term goal is to increase SMP's production.
