We saw a market leader in Noxon and great potential to expand dewatering solutions into new markets and industries, with service and spare parts as a strategic part of the business.

Working closely with Noxon's management team, we appointed a professional board, a new CEO and worked on a number of operational and strategic initiatives, such as the repositioning of Noxon as a cleantech company, the greenfield expansion into the US and Finland, an additional acquisition in Poland and the transition to lean production.

Noxon manufactures and sells decanter centrifuges, polymer machines and proprietary control systems and accessories for dewatering. The products are used for industrial dewatering, oil sludge, slaughterhouse sludge, fish sludge, digested sludge, biosludge and paper/cellulose sludge.

The products are developed and manufactured in Sweden. The patented design is user-friendly and provides efficient dewatering for a range of industries that benefit from both cost savings as well as positive environmental impact.

Beijer Alma's subsidiary Beijer Tech acquired 100% of the shares in Noxon AB from MVI in April 2021.
