Kinra unites the Nordic region's sharpest specialists in ERP systems, business intelligence, digitalisation, systems integration and AI. The group is built on a simple conviction: technical expertise only reaches its full potential when combined with human drive and commitment. Working closely and proactively with its customers, Kinra's companies pair deep specialist expertise with a people-first, business-driven approach to deliver practical solutions and lasting value.
Kinra was established in early 2026 through MVI's partnership with Solution Xperts and Texus, bringing together leading specialist consultancies under a shared Nordic platform. With the first add-on acquisition of UnitedHours in May 2026, the group comprised 86 employees across seven offices in Sweden.
Kinra operates in a fast-growing market. Demand for its services is driven by the rising importance and complexity of integrating and automating core business processes, the continued migration to cloud-based solutions, and a heightened focus on data visualisation and cybersecurity. By specialising in some of the fastest-growing ERP systems and supporting customers across implementation, integration and ongoing application management, the group is well positioned to grow alongside these trends.
Kinra is built on a decentralised model where each company retains its own strong brand, identity and customer relationships, while benefiting from the synergies of a larger shared platform and a broader service portfolio. Founders and management remain active in the businesses and are co-owners in Kinra, with MVI as a long-term partner for accelerated growth and development.
Kinra is led by an experienced management team. Group CEO Sara Murby Forste has held senior positions at Telenor, was co-founder and CEO of Basefarm in Sweden, and most recently CEO of Orange Business – Digital Services Europe. Group CFO Martin Fagéus has broad experience from PwC, ERP implementation and systems integration, and several CFO roles, most recently at Lyvia Group.
Looking ahead, Kinra aims to grow both organically and through acquisitions across the Nordics, welcoming more entrepreneur-led specialist companies that share its belief that the best solutions are born where brain meets heart.
Kinra currently includes the following companies: Solution Xperts, Texus and UnitedHours.
