Nestit Group strengthens its Norwegian presence through the acquisition of Digital Rådgivning/DIRA

Nestit Group continues its Nordic growth journey through the acquisition of Digital Rådgivning As, DIRA, a Norwegian IT services company based in Høvik. The acquisition marks Nestit Group’s first add-on acquisition in Norway and strengthens the group’s local presence in the Oslo region, creating a stronger platform for continued expansion in the Norwegian market.

DIRA provides IT services within infrastructure, hosting, operations, maintenance and backup to small and medium-sized businesses. The company has built a strong position through high technical expertise, close customer relationships and a broad IT solutions offering tailored to the everyday needs of Norwegian businesses.

Following Nestit Group’s entry into Norway through the acquisition of Provendo, DIRA strengthens the group’s operational platform and adds further capacity within IT infrastructure. The acquisition also creates opportunities for collaboration across the group, including cross-selling, service packaging and procurement from central management functions.
