Mattias Adebäck Appointed CFO of Precira
Precira has appointed Mattias Adebäck as its new Chief Financial Officer. He takes up the position in the autumn of 2026 and brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, business control, and management, mainly from listed international manufacturing companies, most recently as Head of Group Business Control at Dometic AB.
Since 2024, Mattias has led the Group Business Control function at Dometic AB, a global group listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange with sales in more than 100 countries and a turnover exceeding SEK 20 billion, where he has been responsible for the group’s forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A) cycle, the financial model for operational result reporting, and sustainability reporting. Prior to that he was Head of Business Control and Deputy CFO at Carla AB, and he spent twelve years with Swedish Match, most recently as Vice President Finance and division CFO of the Europe Division and, before that, as Finance Director of the Lights Division. He holds an M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics with a major in finance, including exchange studies at the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada.
Mattias Adebäck’s core competencies include financial leadership in international environments, business control and FP&A, performance management, and the integration of acquisitions, combined with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing finance functions.
