Nestit Group Strengthens Position with Acquisitions of Edgeit and Midpoint

Nestit Group continues its Nordic expansion and passes a new milestone. Through the acquisitions of Edgeit and Midpoint, the Group grows to 15 companies and now reaches over SEK 1 billion in total sales, with the goal of reaching 1.5 billion in the coming years.

The two new companies strengthen Nestit Group's offering in IT infrastructure, cloud services and cybersecurity, and expand the group's presence in southern Sweden. Nestit Group thus consolidates its position as a leading Nordic player for small and medium-sized business needs for IT and office solutions.

EdgeIT, based in Gothenburg and offices in Växjö, has been helping Swedish and international companies increase their IT security and accessibility for over 20 years. The company was founded in 2002 and has a focus on IT infrastructure and IT security.
