Nestit Group continues its Nordic growth with the acquisition of Primanet and targets SEK 2 billion in revenue by 2028

Nestit Group continues its rapid Nordic expansion through the acquisition of Primanet Oy in Finland. This marks the Group’s fourth acquisition in Finland and brings Nestit Group to a total of 20 companies across Sweden, Norway and Finland, with combined revenue exceeding SEK 1.2 billion. The next target is to reach SEK 2 billion in revenue by 2028.

Since its founding in 2024, Nestit Group has grown rapidly through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Development has progressed faster than originally planned, prompting the Group to raise its targets several times. Its ambition is to build a leading Nordic partner in IT and office solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Finland is an important part of Nestit Group’s Nordic growth strategy. With the acquisition of Primanet, the Finnish operations now comprise four companies offering a broad range of IT and office solutions.

Founded in 2000, Primanet is a Helsinki-based IT company providing comprehensive IT services to small and medium-sized businesses. Its offering includes IT support, the operation and development of IT environments, and cybersecurity.
