Kinra appoints Charlotte Darth as new Chair of the Board
Kinra, a leading Nordic specialist consultancy group within business applications, data, integration, and automation, has appointed Charlotte Darth as Chair of the Board. Charlotte brings extensive experience leading and developing consulting and software companies from both executive management positions and board roles and will work closely with the Board and management team to further strengthen Kinra’s continued growth, strategic development, and long-term value creation.
Charlotte Darth has extensive experience from leadership roles in professional services and software companies, with a strong track record of driving growth, building commercial organizations, and leading strategic business transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of technology, data, and business development in both Nordic and international organizations. As Chair, Charlotte will work closely with the Board and the management team to support Kinra’s strategic agenda, accelerate growth initiatives, and strengthen its position within business applications, data, integration, and automation consultancy services.

UnitedHours is a Stockholm-based specialist consultancy that provides services in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations and Supply Chain Management), with a focus on implementations, maintenance and long-term support for medium-sized and large organisations in both the private and public sectors. The company has six consultants based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, with deep expertise in the retail sector.
