Kinra strengthens its Business Central offering through the acquisition of Update Affärssystem

Kinra Group has acquired Update Affärssystem i Göteborg AB, a Gothenburg-based consultancy with specialist expertise in Microsoft's business systems Dynamics 365 and Business Central. The acquisition strengthens Kinra's offering and broadens the group's presence in Gothenburg. Update adds a complementary competence base and confirms Kinra's ambition to build a Nordic specialist group in business applications, data, integration and automation.

A strategic step in Kinra's development

The acquisition of Update is a natural step in Kinra's continued development. Kinra brings together companies with deep expertise in business systems, data, integration and automation, focused on helping customers create simpler, more efficient and more cohesive business processes.

Update strengthens Kinra's position within Microsoft's ERP ecosystem and adds specific expertise in MS Dynamics and Business Central. They also bring deep knowledge from more than 35 years in the industry, with long-standing, close customer relationships and 20 skilled specialists. Through the acquisition, Kinra also broadens its geographic presence in western Sweden, giving the group a stronger local platform in an important business region.

Together with Update, Kinra today has 100 employees across 8 offices in Sweden. There is strong demand for the group's services, driven by the growing importance and complexity of integrating and automating core business processes, accelerating cloud migration, and an increased focus on data, analytics and cybersecurity.
