Freedom Group strengthens its local presence through the acquisitions of BroLin Ekonomikonsult AB and Åfa Redovisningsbyrå AB

Freedom Group continues to grow and is strengthening its presence in both Skellefteå and the Stockholm area through the acquisitions of BroLin Ekonomikonsult and Åfa Redovisningsbyrå. Together, the two businesses generate annual revenue of just over SEK 12 million and add expertise, clients, and new colleagues to the Group.

The acquisitions are two local add-on acquisitions that strengthen Freedom Group’s existing operations in their respective locations. BroLin Ekonomikonsult will relocate and share premises with Value & Friends in Skellefteå, while Åfa Redovisningsbyrå will become part of B&P in Ekerö.

Common to both acquisitions is a strong local presence and close, long-term client relationships, which are central to Freedom Group’s strategy.

BroLin Ekonomikonsult is an established accounting firm in Skellefteå. Through the acquisition and the shared office with Value & Friends, a larger local team is being created with broader expertise and improved opportunities to collaborate around clients’ needs.

Similarly, Åfa Redovisningsbyrå becomes an addition to B&P in Ekerö and strengthens Freedom Group’s local offering. For clients, this means continued close contact with their local accounting firm, while the team gains access to the broader expertise, technology, and specialist resources available within Freedom Group.
