MVI invested in the veterinary market in March 2012 by acquiring Veterinärbolaget. Two attractively priced veterinary clinics were merged into one.

The focus was on coordinating purchases, broadening the product range and adjusting prices. Key people reinvested in the new company and MVI was represented on the board.

The market for veterinary clinics proved to be very strong at that time. As a result, we sold Veterinärbolaget to Evidensia much earlier than planned - as part of a larger Nordic consolidation of the veterinary market.
