Nestit Group takes the step to becoming a leading Nordic player with acquisitions in Finland and Norway

Verano is an established provider of IT infrastructure and office solutions in Finland with expertise in outsourcing, cybersecurity, modern workplace, automation and AI-powered services.

Provendo is a Norwegian IT provider based in Skien that delivers cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital integration services to companies in Telemark/Vestfold and the Greater Oslo region.

In 2025, Nestit Group has completed thirteen acquisitions in Sweden, Finland and Norway since its inception in 2024. The Group aims to reach sales of SEK 1 billion by 2026 and SEK 1.5 billion by 2028.

Nestit Group's strategy is based on acquiring and developing companies that support SMEs with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and office solutions. The acquired companies retain their local brand, business and entrepreneurial culture, while gaining access to Nestit Group's resources and broader service portfolio.
