Nestit Group strengthens its footprint in Finland through DL Data acquisition

Verano, part of Nestit Group, has acquired Finnish IT services company DL Data Oy in a move that further strengthens the group’s presence in Finland. Following the transaction, DL Data will operate as a subsidiary of Verano.

Based in Lapua, DL Data provides IT maintenance, management and support services to small and medium-sized businesses, alongside deliveries of hardware, third-party software and related services. The company has built a strong position in its market through technical expertise, close customer relationships and a long-term approach.

The acquisition reinforces Verano’s local presence and service offering in Finland, while supporting Nestit Group’s broader strategy to build a strong position in the Finnish market and develop a leading Nordic group within IT and office solutions.
