Nestit Group raises target to SEK 2 billion and strengthens its position in southern Sweden through the acquisition of rdata
Nestit Group continues its growth journey with the acquisition of rdata AB, an established strategic IT partner headquartered in Ängelholm. The acquisition strengthens the Group’s offering in managed services, cybersecurity and modern IT solutions, and raises its revenue target to SEK 2 billion.
Earlier in 2025, Nestit Group increased its ambition from SEK 1 billion in revenue to SEK 1.5 billion. The Group is now taking the next step. With a continued high pace of acquisitions, strong local market presence and an expanding offering within business-critical IT services, Nestit Group is raising its target further to SEK 2 billion in revenue.
rdata is a strategic IT partner focused on managed services, cybersecurity and modern IT solutions. Through this acquisition, Nestit Group strengthens its position in southern Sweden and increases its local market coverage in the region.
