Nestit Group acquires Office Innovations Finland

Nestit Group, a Nordic provider of IT, managed workplace and office solutions for small and medium sized businesses, has acquired Office Innovations Finland Oy, including its subsidiary Office Innovations Vantaa Oy.

The transaction marks Nestit Group’s second acquisition in Finland following the purchase of Verano and supports the Group’s ambition to build a scalable platform in the Finnish market. Nestit Group has a combined turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion and is actively pursuing further growth opportunities in Finland.

Office Innovations Finland provides print and document services across Finland, including managed print services, document management software, maintenance and related data security services, as well as device sales. The company is located in Espoo and serves customers nationwide.
