MVI partners with Solution Xperts, Texus and UnitedHours to establish Kinra, a leading Nordic specialist consultancy group in ERP systems, business intelligence and systems integration

uttalande

In early 2026, MVI partnered with Solution Xperts Datakonsult i Linköping AB (“Solution Xperts”) and Texus AB (“Texus”) to establish Kinra, a new Nordic specialist consultancy group focused on ERP systems, Business Intelligence, AI and systems integration. On 27 May, Kinra completed its first add-on acquisition through the acquisition of UnitedHours AB (“UnitedHours”) and is also announcing the appointment of Sara Murby Forste as Group CEO and Martin Fagéus as Group CFO.

The partnership with Solution Xperts, Texus, and UnitedHours creates a strong platform with approximately 86 employees and 7 offices in Sweden. The group is well positioned for continued expansion through its specialist expertise in some of the fastest‑growing ERP systems and with an offering that supports companies in implementation, integration and application management. Kinra combines deep specialist expertise with a people-first, business-driven approach, working closely and proactively with customers to deliver practical solutions and lasting value. There is strong demand for the group’s services, driven by the increasing importance and complexity of integrating and automating core business processes, accelerating cloud migration and a heightened focus on data visualization and cybersecurity.

The companies will retain their strong brands while benefiting from the synergies associated with a larger shared platform and a broader service portfolio. Founders and management will remain active in the businesses and as co-owners in Kinra, with MVI as a partner for accelerated growth and development.

In connection with the establishment of the Kinra platform, MVI is pleased to announce the appointment of an experienced group management team to support the continued growth of the group companies. Sara Murby Forste will assume the role of Group CEO in August 2026. She brings extensive industry experience from senior positions at Telenor, as CEO/co-founder of Basefarm in Sweden, and most recently from her role as CEO of Orange Business – Digital Services Europe. Martin Fagéus will join as Group CFO during spring 2026. He brings broad experience from PwC, ERP systems integration and several CFO positions, most recently at Lyvia Group.

“This is a very important step in Solution Xperts’ development as a company—a step that makes us better. We also feel that we can contribute significantly to the group, and we look forward to a close collaboration where we can together create long term value for customers, employees, and owners!” – Marcus Brodd, CEO, Solution Xperts

“We at Texus look forward to an exciting and developing journey together with MVI and our new sister companies in the group. This enables us to offer our customers a wider range of services across different areas and new technologies adjacent to the services and projects we deliver every day. Texus has been employee owned, which we will continue to be, as MVI has given all of us the opportunity to invest in the new group. We find this very exciting and believe it gives us significant strength going forward at Texus.” – Johan Lindskog, CEO, Texus

“This milestone marks an exciting step forward in our journey and strengthens our ability to be a long-term and trusted partner to our customers. Together with Kinra Group, we can further enhance our offering and create even greater value in our deliveries. It gives us stronger capabilities to meet our customers’ future needs – with the right expertise, capacity, and a strong team behind us.” – Peo Jacobsson, CEO, UnitedHours

“We are highly impressed by the deep specialist competence and strong entrepreneurial drive on which Texus, Solution Xperts and UnitedHours have built their businesses. Together, we are creating a strong platform in a fast growing market, and we look forward to supporting the companies on their continued growth journey.” – Mårten Werner, Partner, MVI.
