Experienced Growth Leader Joins Nestit Group’s Board

uttalande

Nestit Group continues to strengthen its corporate governance and long-term growth by welcoming Nils Carlsson as a new member of the Group’s Board of Directors. Nils succeeds Stephanie Smitt Lindberg, who in connection with this transition will take on an operational role within the company as Chief Commercial Officer.

Nils Carlsson holds a degree in Business and Economics and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh. He has also completed executive board training at INSEAD in Paris. He brings extensive experience as a Chief Executive Officer, with a strong background in senior leadership roles in both Swedish and international companies, including Electrolux Sweden, Fortnox, and Resurs Bank.

Throughout his career, Nils has helped grow three companies from smaller operations into billion-SEK businesses, providing him with deep expertise in strategic leadership, business development, and scaling growth.

In addition to his executive roles, Nils has significant board experience, serving as both chairman and board member across a range of industries. Today, he is Chairman of the Board at Trinaxgruppen, GBJ Bygg, and Wheelscanning AB, and a board member at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling and the SaaS company Simployer.

“I am joining Nestit Group’s Board to contribute strategic experience and business development expertise that will strengthen the company’s long-term growth,” says Nils Carlsson.

Mårten Werner, partner at MVI, comments on the board appointment:

“Nils brings a very strong combination of strategic and commercial competence, along with extensive experience in leading and developing companies through different growth phases. We are very pleased to welcome him to Nestit Group’s Board.”

With Nils Carlsson joining the Board, Nestit Group further strengthens its strategic capabilities and creates strong conditions for continued development, scalability, and sustainable value creation.
